Microsoft has no ETA on a fix but state that they will provide an update when they resume the rollout.
We have paused the rollout of the Windows 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809) for all users as we investigate isolated reports of users missing some files after updating.
Additionally, the company has listed a number of workarounds that including contacting the company and delaying the installation if you’ve already downloaded it.
